Notice regarding addition of new industries under industrial classification of Industrial Enterprise Act, 2020

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies of the Government of Nepal, has published a notification in the Nepal Gazette dated 3 August 2020 amending Schedules 6 and 8 of the Industrial Enterprise Act, 2020 to add new types of industries:
- Cruise, Water Entertainment and Boating under the classification Tourism Industry (Schedule 6); and
- Investment Company under the classification of Service-oriented industry (Schedule 8).
