INGOs and NGOs Compliances
International Non- Governmental Organization (“INGOs”) and Non- Governmental Organizations (“NGOs”) operating in Nepal need to be compulsory registered/get affiliation from Social Welfare Council (“SWC”) of Nepal. Along with the registration/affiliation they need to file the regular annual submission to SWC and other required government agencies. - Registration NGOs before SWC,
